Happy Saturday! I hope you had a nice Fourth of July celebration with friends and family!
Today my family has another celebration ~ my niece’s bridal shower. She’s marrying a wonderful guy and I’m so excited to be helping with her bridal shower. I’ll be back next week to share with you some of the highlights from her shower. Until then, I’m guest posting at Making Lemonade”s Summer Salad Series today. Have you met Carrie and read her inspiring blog yet? She shares fresh squeezed ideas for home and family. Now you’re intrigued, right? I made a couscous salad with cranberries, lemon and fresh herbs for Making Lemonade”s Summer Salad Series. It’s one of my favorite salads. It is delicious, very simple to make ahead of time, great for picnics as a side dish and for lunch as an entrée. With herbs from the garden, fresh lemon juice and the crunch of pine nuts, this salad is a winner. Please stop by Making Lemonade to see my recipe and all of the summer salad recipes.
